We make pizza the way it was always meant to be made. Slow-proved dough for a base that's light, airy and crispy in all the right places. Fresh ingredients, No shortcuts, no compromise -- just the real thing, fresh from the oven.
On the menu you'll find Italian pizzas made to order, plus panuozzo, made from the same slow-proved dough, baked and filled like a proper Italian sandwich. Once you've tried one, you'll wonder where it's been all your life.
We also make fresh Ciabatta Panini and filled croissants.
You'll find us outside Shortlands Railway Station every Monday and Thursday from 4.30pm. The rest of the time we're available for events, farmers markets, and private hire across the area.
